Climb@T3: New Family-Friendly Rock Climbing & Bouldering Facility In Changi Airport
It isn't easy turning an airport into a must-visit destination, but Singapore has done an outstanding job with it. This March, the world's most iconic aviation hub continues to amaze with a new attraction: Climb@T3, a rock climbing and bouldering facility.

As its name suggests, Climb@T3 is situated in basement 3 of Changi Airport’s Terminal 3. It is managed by The Rock School Singapore and features two walls, both of which are family- and beginner-friendly, so children, youth and adults of different skill levels are welcome to climb.

The 8-metre High Wall that spans basements 2 and 3 is the facility’s star attraction. It boasts nine lanes, each with an auto-belay system so you can climb solo, and 20 climbing routes (which will go up to 30 in the future), ranging from beginner to advanced.

If lofty walls aren’t your thing, head over to the 12-metre-long and 2.5-metre-high Boulder Wall, where you can hone your climbing skills and gain confidence before attempting the High Wall. This option is also perfect for children who are too young to climb the High Wall safely.

Besides being a free-and-easy activity, Climb@T3 provides guided sessions for those as young as two years old and adults looking to train themselves in rock climbing. For instance, there’s a Rock Tots programme for two- to six-year-olds, where they can learn different climbing and movement types through fun games at the Boulder Wall.
There are also programmes for those with special needs on an ad-hoc basis, which will be led by specially-trained staff.

Harnesses and shoes will be available for rent at this rock climbing gym, but you are welcome to bring your own. Remember to bring a pair of socks if you intend to use the gym’s climbing shoes.
