呢間中環台菜推出全新OREO口味奶奶麻糬!之前嘅花生同芝麻口味都好受歡迎~另外餐廳推出台「豐」牛肉麵,有黑蒜油湯同埋鯊魚骨豬骨豆乳湯,每碗湯麵都超鮮味!仲有原條鰻魚嘅蛋餅,而且餐廳依家星全天營業呀!

OREO奶奶麻糬 ($75)
奶奶麻糬係台灣淡水名物,而且係不含糯米,用純鮮奶製做,所以口感非常特別,唔似普通嘅糯米糍一樣,唔會好膩,非常清新!

台「豐」牛肉麵 ($108)
每杯湯麵都有蟲草花脆脆, 老油條, 台式蘭花干(豆卜), 滷溏心蛋等。牛骨湯用左超過20公斤牛骨熬成!仲有得揀台灣刀削麵或者日本曲麵!

黑蒜香油牛肉麵 ($115)
高溫炸過嘅老油條,沾一下湯底,老油條吸收晒湯底嘅精華,食到停唔到口呀!

豬軟骨鯊魚骨豆乳湯 *只限午市 ($145)
以鯊魚骨+豬骨煲成嘅豆乳湯,湯底超濃味,而且唔會好鹹,可以一邊食麵一邊飲湯~

手工餃鯊魚骨豆乳湯 *只限晚市 ($78)
奶白色嘅鯊魚骨湯底超高骨膠原!因為鯊魚骨煲完會溶化,出黎既效果會係超濃厚,最後加上鮮豆漿,令湯底更鮮味~

原條嘅鰻魚放蛋餅上,蛋餅入面有超多粟米呀!
